computer dies while doing taxes black screen of death....
Called Paradox computers on a Monday evening. Technician showed up an hour later. Pulled the hard drive and backed up all of my financial records and loaded it on my laptop. He then took my pc and resolved the issues. He had it back to me the next day running faster than it had in 2 years and set up a backup to run once a week! The only thing he didn't do is help me with my small business tax returns which are another matter

Great response time on a Saturday
PC corrupted. Called and they were able to recover my files within 2 hours before the crowd sets in for dinner
